Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated September 2, 2026
Sierra West Co. does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have. There is no opt-out to submit, because no sale or sharing takes place.
What does "sell" or "share" actually mean?
Under California law (the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), "sell" means disclosing personal information to another business for money or other valuable consideration, and "share" means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the kind of tracking that follows you from site to site. We do neither.
